Pure relaxation in a luxury rural chalet. The unique, idyllic location on the edge of the forest, is an ideal destination for families, friends and artists. With four double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it will comfortably accommodate 2 families or 8 adults. The chalet has a gorgeous sun room with idyllic mountain views, a large garden and the added benefit of a traditional Austrian Sauna and Hotpot to relax after a hard days walking or skiing.

The chalet is located in the beautiful region of the Lungau Valley, in the middle of the ski areas Aineck Katschberg, Großeck Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern. It is located on the edge of the forest in the rural village of Neusess, 2km from the traditional mountain town of Mauterndorf where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is easily accessible from the A10 motorway, approximately 1 hour from Salzburg.

Home from home, the Chalet has all of the comforts of modern day living with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, making it easy to prepare a wonderful home-cooked meal for the family. In the dining area is a large dining table seating up to 12 people, wile away the evenings playing boards games and cards, or simply reading one of the books from the large bookshelf.
Outside, relax in the beautiful garden, with sauna and hotpot. Enjoy a barbecue whilst sitting at our large covered seating area, and private secure parking including a garage means you don't have to worry about a thing.

A laundry room provides the facilities needed to wash or simply dry your clothes after an action packed day, and you will find boot warmers in the garage.
